After due diligence research in to numerous places taking in to account facts such quality , cost and customer service , I settled for Seth’s Beauty Lounge ,it was one of the best decisions I’ve made , Poonam is an absolutely lovely person. She made me feel so at ease and confident that she knew what she was doing with shaping my brows and choosing the colour. Her years of experience really shine through.

I did a last minute booking on the treatwell app,it was very quick and easy. When I arrived it was very friendly, the technician went through everything and explained everything she was going to do and made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead. I had a very positive and professional experience. Highly recommend.

I’d love to give a good review but I really hate my eyebrows. I was very much under the impression it would make my eyebrows easier to manage and it’s done the opposite. They’ve become way more work and one eyebrow the hairs are all over the place in all directions. Seth was lovely and I wish I could leave a better review but I won’t be going back.
