I’d love to give a good review but I really hate my eyebrows. I was very much under the impression it would make my eyebrows easier to manage and it’s done the opposite. They’ve become way more work and one eyebrow the hairs are all over the place in all directions. Seth was lovely and I wish I could leave a better review but I won’t be going back.

I did a last minute booking on the treatwell app,it was very quick and easy. When I arrived it was very friendly, the technician went through everything and explained everything she was going to do and made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead. I had a very positive and professional experience. Highly recommend.

My visit to the salon was great. The therapist explained the procedure in detail, and put me at ease, with her knowledge and attentiveness. She took her time measuring and marking out the outline for my eyebrows and ensured that I was happy with the shape before beginning.

I felt no pain, only a few scratches, but no where near what I was expecting. The actually procedure didn’t take very long. The longest part of the treatment was the measuring. I am so happy with the results.

I was so pleased with the results of my eyebrow shaping. The threading was done really well. It was a lovely environment and decor and Poonam ensured I was comfortable throughout. Poonam was very calming and talked me through everything she was doing.
She made sure my eyebrows matched perfectly. She lifted the eyelashes and they looked great afterwards.

Fantastic service, care and advice

Clean, modern facility and Seth was very friendly. Would be better if Seth walked through the steps as she was doing them. Also cleaning of face after every treatment was with harsh wipes that hurt my skin
