Seth was so lovely! She talked me through the process of an eyebrow tint and wax. She gave me step by step what she was doing which was reassuring and helpful!

My first hair PRP treatment in London and Poonam made it as comfortable as possible. She knows what she’s doing and looks after her clients. Will definitely revisit for further sessions.
